We created WIRO’s annual report with a design concept inspired by the city of Rostock’s close connection to the sea. As a leading real estate company in the region, WIRO’s identity is deeply rooted in its maritime surroundings.

The report features premium finishing elements and a visual language referencing nautical charts and sailing vessels. This design approach conveys a sense of orientation, navigation, and trust—values that align with WIRO’s role in shaping urban living. The result is a refined and cohesive publication that reflects both the company’s vision and the unique character of its coastal environment.
